2. قبول شروط الاستخدام

تبذل نائل العقارية جهدًا معقولًا لضمان دقة المعلومات المعروضة، إلا أننا لا نضمن أن جميع البيانات أو الأسعار أو توفر العقارات محدثة أو خالية من الأخطاء في جميع الأوقات.
وعليه:
- قد تتغير الأسعار أو حالة توفر العقارات دون إشعار مسبق.
- بعض الصور أو المواد التسويقية قد تكون لأغراض توضيحية.
- يجب على المستخدم التحقق النهائي من جميع التفاصيل قبل اتخاذ أي قرار.
لا تتحمل نائل العقارية أي مسؤولية عن قرارات يتم اتخاذها اعتمادًا على المعلومات المنشورة بالموقع دون تحقق مستقل.
6. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات الموجودة على الموقع، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والشعارات والتصاميم والبيانات والبرمجيات، مملوكة لـ نائل العقارية أو مستخدمة بترخيص نظامي، وتخضع للحماية بموجب أنظمة الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.
